You can choose to participate live via the Zoom Meeting or YouTube Livestream. Or you can watch the Event Recording at a time that works best for you. Zoom Meeting tickets are sold separately as capacity is limited within the Zoom Meeting. All tickets provide access to the Livestream & Recording.
Zoom Meeting Capacity: For Zoom Meeting tickets, you will be asked to indicate how many DEVICES will be connecting to the Zoom Meeting. It is very important that this number is accurate. It is also important that you only share the Zoom Meeting Link with registered participants. Zoom Meetings have capacity limits and we want to make sure that everyone who registered to join the Zoom Meeting is able to.
Purchasing Tickets for a Colleague: If you are reserving tickets on behalf of another teacher or parent, please be sure to include their name and e-mail address on the Attendee Information Form so that they receive important event information and reminder emails.
Purchasing Tickets For Your Whole School: If you are purchasing tickets for your entire school, multiply your ticket donation amount by the number of classes participating. On the Attendee Information Form, include the grade range and total number of students that will be viewing the event. After completing your purchase, reply to your Order Confirmation email with a list of email addresses for the teachers attending. We will then manually add them to the registration list so that they will receive all event access information and reminders.
