Immediately upon completing your purchase order you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
- At the top of that email there is a section called Downloads
- Click on the link labelled: “READ ME: Important Event Access Info”
- This should open a PDF that contains all the information you need to get connected to the event including links to the Zoom Meeting, Livestream, Recording, Virtual Classroom and Resource Package.
Shortly after ordering, you will also receive a “You’re Registered!” email that also contains all the information you need to prepare for and access the event.
If you did not receive these emails: Check your junk mail!
Sometimes our emails get caught by spam filters and end up in Junk Mail or Promotions folders. Add firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your contacts to avoid this happening in the future.
